INFORMATION AND CONSENT FORM REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR),  (ΕU) 2016/679

Data Controller and categories of personal data

‘MYTILINEOS SA’, based in the Municipality of Paradeisos,  Amaroussi, at 8 Artemidos Street, GR. 151 25 and Standardkessel Baumgarte GmbH (‘SBG’) with its registered office at Baldusstrasse 13, 47138 Duisburg, Germany the ‘Consortium’), as data controller, collects and processes personal data regarding your professional development, working experience and skills through your CV that you voluntarily provide through this website  (https://protoserf.com/). You are kindly requested not to include in your CV special categories of personal data, as mentioned in articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR, because such data will be deleted.

Purpose of processing

To fill new vacancies arising at the PROTOS ENERGY RECOVERY FACILITY project (PROTOS ERF) in UK. The Protos ERF is being built by a Consortium between MYTILINEOS S.A. and Standardkessel Baumgarte GmbH.

Legal basis for the data processing

Personal data processing is based on your consent as described by article 6 par.1a of the GDPR and which is given by using this form.

Period of data storing

Based on your consent, your CV will be stored for a maximum period of six (6) months and will then be deleted from the Consortium’s database. Should you withdraw your consent earlier than 6 months your data shall be deleted at that time.

Recipients/ Data processors

The recipients of your CV or data in your CV may be the Consortium, any of PROTOS ERF’s contractors and subcontractors and any data processors and sub-processors that are responsible for the website and database maintenance. The selection of appropriate candidates is based on criteria expressly identified by us, or related to the role for which you have applied.

Some of the recipients and data processors may be located in countries outside the UK but within the European Union. For these cases, the Consortium ensures the appropriate measures for the protection of your personal data.

Data Subject Rights

Pursuant to the applicable law, you reserve the right to (1) have access to your personal data or/and (2) to request the correction, (3) the deletion, (4) the restriction of data processing or (5) to oppose to data  processing and (6) to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. Please note that in order for us to process your enquiries we first need to verify your identity.

The Consortium provides support to all questions, comments, concerns or complaints related to the protection of your personal data should you wish to exercise any of your data protection rights.
